The prominent investment firm AFI Europe was established in 1997 as a part of the international AFI Group, which commenced its operations in Israel back in 1971. AFI Europe boasts an outstanding portfolio that encompasses shopping centers, retail establishments, business parks, office complexes, logistics facilities, light industrial facilities, as well as substantial residential and mixed-use developments. Notable achievements by AFI Europe include AFI Palace Cotroceni, Bucharest’s largest shopping center, Airport City, the premier business park in Belgrade, Classic 7, a well-regarded business project in Prague, and a substantial residential venture in Krakow known as Osiedle Europejskije.
The company, which has been synonymous with quality and reliable construction for almost two decades, entered the Serbian market in 2004, while the first two buildings were built in 2006 in Airport City. By building the first and largest business park called Airport City, our company gained the trust and continued to build some of the largest residential and business projects in Serbia, such as Central Garden, Business Garden, Skyline Belgrade, as well as AFI City Zmaj.
Thanks to its invaluable experience and know-how, AFI Europe has distinguished itself in the estate market and become a leader in this field. Considering that the company has constructed buildings in Serbia which span 250,000 square metres, AFI Europe is truly a synonym for quality and reliability!
