AIRPORT CITY BELGRADE
After entering the Serbian market in 2004, AFI Europe Serbia added to its portfolio of projects the construction of the first and largest business park in Serbia called Airport City Belgrade. On an area spanning 150,000 square metres, 12 buildings house 140 national and international companies. In the years to come, this park will continue its expansion with the construction of three new buildings inside Bussines Avenue. The first phase has already begun, while the completion of the project of three new buildings are expected in early 2025.

SKYLINE BELGRADE
The prestigious Skyline Belgrade complex, located on one of the main streets of Belgrade, Kneza Milosa Street, is the third major project of this renowned real estate developer. This residential&business facility consists of three, modernly designed towers intended for both business and private purposes. The first tower is residential in nature and has 134 residential units, and its construction was completed in 2019. The central and tallest tower in the complex is called Skyline AFI Tower and has 31 floors. As the most modern office building in this part of Europe, Skyline AFI Tower moved its first tenants into new offices in late 2022. The third tower, named Skyline AFI Home, is a residential tower where fully equipped luxury apartments are available for rent. Its construction began at the beginning of 2022, while the completion is expected in early 2024.

AFI CITY ZMAJ
At the former location of the Zmaj factory, AFI Europe Serbia is expanding the borders of the Serbian capital city. In 2021, the first phase in the construction of the business complex called AFI City Zmaj started, with the facility spanning 27,449 square metres. The construction will be carried out in two phases during which 5 business buildings will be built. The first construction phase was finished in May 2023. Importantly, tenants have the ability to configure their workspace, offering them absolute freedom to tailor their work environment to their own needs and those of their employees. This flexibility ensures that each business can create an environment that best supports their unique operational needs and enhances the productivity and well-being of their employees.

BUSINESS GARDEN
After 9 years since coming to the Serbian market, AFI Europe continues its expansion in the Serbian market with the construction of the Central Garden residential project, which is the first condominium in downtown Belgrade. Spanning 100,000m2 and having 500 residential units, Central Garden is still one of the most attractive residential projects in Belgrade. In addition to residential units, this complex also includes an office building called Business Garden, which is one of the buildings in the centre of Belgrade. In 2019, on an area of 16,000 square metres, numerous companies started developing at this popular address.
